If you are looking for consistency rather than speed at various intervals then you should go with DSL. If you are looking for high speed most of the time then you will not be disappointed with cable. You can use other ways to compare dsl cable broadband but I chose speed and I liked the cable access. If you want an example of what to compare your cable access to, you can use your neighborhood water pressure. During peak hours, the water stream may be weaker. The same goes for your cable access, the peak hours you will have slower service.
