Be careful of your privacy!
I know, I know — you have been told a thousand times: whenever you are online, you should be careful of your privacy. But did you know that this rule still holds true even if you are enrolled in the school that offers online computer degrees? Just because you are enrolled in a class online does not mean that your fellow students have a reputable background — actually you know nothing about them. So be careful about sharing your personal information with your fellow “virtual students” — especially your full name, address, phone number, physical location and e-mail address. If someone’s behavior seems suspicious, do not hesitate to contact your school to notify them.
