Bad customer service can happen with the best of intentions
I work in a retail home improvement warehouse store and I hear more than any thing that our customers come because we give great customer service. I hear that the only reason that they don’t go up the street to purchase the same things there is that when they come into our store they are greeted and given amazing personal attention. Then they get to my register and I see a major catastrophe that can be avoided happening. The atm machine or debit reader is driving every single customer crazy! CRM solutions would have a solution for this, as the register needs to be where they get the best service!
