Designer Brand Tankini Swimsuits
Since the birth of Tankini Swimsuits, many designers have hopped on the train to a successful market by adding their embellishments to the swimwear. Designers such as Victoria’s Secrets, Anne Cole, Calvin Klein, Nike and Ralph Lauren have their own version of the tankini that has sold so well that tankini swimsuits account for one third of all swimwear sales. Some designers find twists they can make to the suit and call it their own. In addition Nike promotes their breast cancer awareness swimsuit collection which features tankinis for women who have had breasts removed due to cancer which are gathered for fullness.
