Coaching Soccer for Kids and Making it Fun
Soccer is a great sport for kids to get into and can be a lot of fun if you make the practices exciting. If you are just getting into kids soccer coaching then you already understand how important it is to have each practice prepared for. You need to have all of the equipment set up well in advance and have a well planned out strategy for how you are going to run the training sessions. Keep the parents involved in what is going on as well because you need to get their respect and appreciation as well. Whether you are doing a dribbling drill or a passing drill you want to make each drill only a few minutes in length as kids get bored very easily.
