Unsellable Homes or Foreclosure Help
There are many unsellable homes which were foreclosed by banks when homeowners failed to pay for mortgage payments and failed to get proper foreclosure help. With proper help, they might be able to avoid having to be evicted and leave their homes that they love.
Many homeowners are angry at banks for foreclosing especially when they felt that the banks accepted and used their tax dollars and then turn around and do the foreclosing.
They thrashed and vandalized their own homes so that the banks will get homes that they cannot sell. Sometimes, after the homeowners left in a hurry, the homes get vandalized and broken in and the damage was not done by the homeowners.
