Foreclosures: Smart Investing, Big Profits
About a year ago I was complaining to my husband that things were looking glum, what with all the foreclosures in our area. He threw out a casual comment that changed my career when he mentioned that somebody, somewhere, is probably making money on foreclosures, because that’s what happens in the housing market. It dawned on me that I could be that somebody and I researched the Internet for information. When I found an online real estate course I studied it carefully. It wasn’t long before I bought my first foreclosure. Currently I own several homes I bought for a fraction of their original value. I rent them, which gives me a nice income, and I will continue to buy and sell as the market recovers.
