This Program is a Blessing
I have been on the medifast program for six months now and I have never felt better! I did not think it was possible to lose 100 pounds in such a short amount of time. This program has been a blessing for me and my family. I never had the energy to play with my children before and now I’m helping coach their soccer team. This program has completely changed my life in a positive way. I look and feel so much better! My confidence is through the roof. People don’t recognize me anymore, and that is a good thing! My husband and children are so proud of me!
