O-mega 3 Salmon is hard to beat: Ocean friendly, nutritious, and delicious
Wild salmon recipes are wide-ranging and span every taste and style. From down home to gourmet, a meal made of wild salmon can fit every occasion. Wild salmon is also incredibly nutritious and environmentally friendly. Nutritious because it’s a source of Omega-3’s and it’s low in calories. Ocean-friendly because the fishing gear used to catch salmon does not usually touch the ocean floor and thus does not generally cause damage the Alaska salmon fishery (or the habitat where the salmon dwell). Needless to say Salmon is also delicious and versatile—you can make a fishcake of it or bake it with veggies, add it to salads, or serve it on its own.
