Nothing Is Off Limits

Whenever someone tells you that you can’t do something, or that you can’t have something, of course then that is all that you want, and you just keep thinking about it until you inevitably give in and overindulge. If I were writing a Fat Loss 4 Idiots guide, I would definitely make sure to say that you shouldn’t make any foods off limits, you should just limit how much you eat of them. If you are craving chocolate, have some, but only a small amount. If you don’t have will power, don’t keep it in the house, just make a trip to buy a single piece of what you are craving when you need it.
