It’s Time To Get Healthy Again
I do not know how many times I have decided that I do not like being out of shape and in poor heath. It must be some kind of mental break down that I get every 3 or 4 years. However, I am at that point again where I need to make some changes in my life before they start resulting in more dire consequences. I recently heard about a colon cleanser called purity 12. I have never used a colon cleanser before but heard great things about them. I have always been a little shy about this kind of stuff, but enough is enough.
