Today I am going to tell you a really fast way to lose weight, but why you should never use this method. Everybody knows that if you eat less you will lose weight. In fact, many people believe that all you have to do is cut back on the calories and you will begin losing belly fat fast.
I wish this was true but it is really far from the truth. Cutting back on calories too much will actually cause you to lose muscle and retain fat. Of course if you sole goal is to lose weight and don’t really care about losing fat, then this would be ok for you.
But if you goal is to lose body fat and get flat abs you need to avoid this type of diet.
