Exercise Program to Overcome Gym Intimidation
My husband and I have gym memberships, but I never go. I am totally intimidated by the gym and the equipment inside. I know there are trainers there to help me but I am intimidated by them too. I am thinking my best bet for whipping myself into shape is to gain some knowledge on exercising or work out at home. I have heard that a good exercise program that has been around for awhile is No Nonsense Muscle Building. Are there any women out there willing to provide a No Nonsense Muscle Building review? This program has had great longevity so there has got to be someone willing to share their thoughts with me.
