Control Anxiety Attacks with Journaling

Sometimes it is just what you are thinking about that can cause you anxiety.  If you want to control anxiety attacks about your thoughts, try journals.  Journals are a great way to curb anxiety.  If you write down what happens before, during and even after your attacks, you can help recognize what happens before an attack and maybe prevent the attack altogether.  You can also learn to work with whatever you are feeling during the attack.  This helps you work through the attacks so you do not need medication to conquer them.  Journaling is a great tool to helping you learn how to control anxiety, and you might learn some new things about yourself in the process.
