A review of Craig Ballantyne’s best selling fitness book

Reading reviews of products that are published online is one of the easiest ways to determine if something is worth your hard earned money or not. When I was looking for a fitness/workout book to buy I read a lot of Turbulence Training reviews, they’re actually what pushed me over the edge and made me buy the book to see what all the hype was about. Was it worth it? Keep reading to find out.

Craig, the author of Turbulence training (TT) is a professional trainer in Canada. He has written numerous articles and workout routines for fitness magazines such as Shape, and Mens health. He’s very well known in the fitness community, and has a lot of new techniques and ideas to shed on losing weight and working out.

TT is no different, this program is all about getting super fit and as little time as possible. If you have three 45 minute chunks of time during the week you can spare then you can follow Craig’s system, if you don’t have that type of time to free up, well then you should probably reconsider your scheduling.
