The Benefits of Business Software
My company recently purchased some mes software to help me do a better job of monitoring the output at the plant. This software’s best feature is t hat it gives me the ability to measure waste, such as scrap or downtime with the workers. We do not work our people to death, but when they are working, we want to make sure that they are as efficient as they can be. Also, we want to minimize scrap as to keep our raw materials low. My favorite part of the software is that it gives me productivity statistics, making it easy to tell if changes we make are positive.
