Finding Places in the Company for Our Best Employees
We have just found out that one of our major contracts is not going to be renewed, so we might have to close down one section of our company unless we can find another contract for that product, which doesn’t seem likely. We are looking into the possibility of redeployment for some of our best employees in that group, in the hopes that we can keep them in the company. We would hate to lose them, but if there are no openings we will have to let them go. We can’t afford to pay people in this bad economy if we don’t have work for them to do,.
