I was just hired in at a new doctor office in town. It had just opened fairly recently and although I had heard great things about the doctors there I was finding that their charting, filing, billing and record system was in complete disarray. I have been working in doctors offices for over fifteen years now so I felt like I had some information and experience to offer.
