Men tend to get more masculine designs, whereas women typically tend to opt for a more feminine appeal. When choosing masculine tattoo designs, men typically find skulls, tribal, patriotic, and evil appearing designs. Typically, tattoos that have thicker lines and a bolder design will feel and look more masculine and manly, although that does not mean that a female can not get a thick- lined and bold tattoo design.
