Dancing lessons for flexibility

I am built like a 5ft 5in 115lb football player. I am a petite woman and am in good shape but I can’t even touch my toes. I look like a football player in full gear when I attempt to stretch. Once I took a yoga class and the instructor laughed at me. My friend Ann though dancing lessons would be a good idea for me. She said from her classes she has noticed that she has become much more flexible and learned how to dance better. It sounded like a great idea to me. However, if the teacher laughs…
