I used to worry that when I moved to another country where all the cars were right hand drive that I would be forced to drive one. Many people move to nicer neighborhoods that cater to their needs, when they retire. Now that my parents are going to be retiring, I am trying to help them find a nice place to live that will work for both of their needs. I just had the best meal I’ve ever had in my entire life.  I was at this little restaurant in Chicago, just a hole in the wall kind of place, but with great ambiance.  A friend has suggested I go there, because she knows I’m into organic food and the ecology and all that.  Well, this restaurant definitely goes to the very top of my list of favorite places.  Their food is all organic, mostly local and seasonal, and the most delicious food imagineable.  Really, I can’t even describe to you how good it was.  Their care and attention, and the quality of their produce, made a huge difference.

It is crazy today how much pressure there is for girls to be thin, Though it is not the only factor why so many young girls are getting eating disorders today, it certainly does not help the situation. When will the media begin to understand the power and influence is available to them, and not abuse the power they have been given. I do not want to see another girl with Anorexia Nervosa walk in to the clinic about ready to die from starvation, all because a boy at school told her 5 years a go that she was fat. It needs to change.
