Time and stress management are essential for a healthy life
I always tell my clients that one of the most important factors of effective time and stress management is to know exactly how you spend your time. This may seem like a strange idea but most people are surprised when they look at exactly how they spend their time. The best way to really know how you are spending your time now is to keep a time-log. So each day you need to write down exactly where your time goes, both at home and at work. This may sound tedious but it is well worth it and you don’t have to keep it up forever, a week or two is enough. When you do this for a couple of weeks an look back over how you spent your time you can clearly see which activities are worthwhile and which are a waste of your time.
