Are county owned properties are tax exempted?
I see that the county will take submitted bids on, and then present them before a board every month. I see that county owned properties are tax exempted. If the property was taken by the county in the year 2002, then why are they racking up the years 2003, 2004, etc. as back due taxes on property that they own? Maybe somebody can clarify this for me
